Your privacy
What others can see about you, what NETSTREAM keeps and for how long, and who handles your identity documents.
Here is your data in plain words. The Privacy Policy is the full text, and the one that applies.
What others can see
- Your wallet address. It is your account. Gifts, payments, NFT purchases and referral links are recorded on the Sui blockchain, which anyone can read. A wallet address isn't a name, but that record is permanent: nobody, NETSTREAM included, can delete it.
- Your profile: your name and picture, and a creator's channel with its streams, replays and clips.
- What you write in a live chat, with your name and picture, to everyone watching, and again under the replay.
- That you are watching. A creator sees signed-in viewers in their studio, by name only if you have a username or passed the identity check; otherwise you are just counted. The list is deleted when the stream ends.
What is kept, and for how long

A chat message goes sooner when its stream is deleted, when a moderator removes it, or when its writer is timed out or banned from that chat. Private messages are kept so you can read them later.
Safety signals are one-way codes made from a random device ID and your network, never the real values. They only flag a banned account coming back.
Your identity check
The check is run by Sumsub. Your documents are handled by Sumsub and never stored by NETSTREAM: we keep only the result and its dates. Nothing from your documents is ever shown to creators. See Identity check.
Sign-in and cookies
With Google sign-in we receive your wallet address; we don't keep your Google email address or name, and we never see your Google password.
NETSTREAM sets only the cookies it needs: signing you in (7 days), your age choice (1 year), a safety cookie, a referral code (30 days) and your language (1 year). No analytics or advertising cookies. We do not sell your personal data.

To ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, write to business@netstream.app. Records on the blockchain can't be deleted.
