Do I need crypto to watch?#

Why can't I buy by card?#

Buying or cashing out by card or bank needs an approved identity check. Receiving USDC and SUI from another wallet or an exchange needs none. Buy and cash out

When do I need the identity check?#

To go live, subscribe, buy pay-per-view, claim Watch-to-Earn rewards, and buy or cash out by card or bank. Without it you can watch, chat and send Small gifts: up to 10 at a time and $50 in any 24 hours. Identity check

Where does my money go when I send a gift?#

Straight from your wallet: 80% reaches the creator's own wallet in the same transaction, and the contract splits the rest. A gift can't be refunded. The money split

Why is my stream not showing?#

If your broadcast never reached us, the stream is listed nowhere and your Dashboard marks it Never went live. Change network, or reload and go live again. An 18+ stream shows only to viewers who confirmed they're 18+. Go live

Can I watch on my phone?#

Yes, in your phone's browser. On iPhone and iPad, add NETSTREAM to your Home Screen to get notifications. Find streams

What happens if I lose my phone?#

Your money is in your wallet, not the phone. Signed in with Google? Press Continue with Google with the same Google account on another device. With Slush or another wallet, restore it with that wallet's own recovery: NETSTREAM never holds your keys. Fees and safety

How do I change the language?#

Why can't I write in a chat?#
